  Position: Web Administrator

  Company: a famous interior design firm
  Office Location: Petaling Utama, Old klang road

  Responsibilities:

  • Manage / maintain few corporate websites.
  • Update all designers’ artwork. Ensure that their designs are uploaded online regularly. For buyers, designers & management to view & select the up-to-date designs.
  • Replace all the products with the new photos.
  • Manage the e-shop site and handle e-shop order. Assist in maintaining Online Stores in updating correct information, images and adding new contents
  • Process confirmed online order, search for stock to cater for the order and pack the stocks for customer pick up. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties including burning artwork CDs for internal departments.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certification in Multimedia/Web or Graphic Based design
  • Good knowledge and great interest in web design Resourceful, independent, with the ability to take initiative
  • Responsible self-motivator and multi-tasker Proficient in Photoshop and HTML will be an advantage
